What we do with your data.

PFE Technologies Pte Ltd ("we", "us"), the authorised distributor of STANLEY smart locks in Singapore, is responsible for the personal data described here. We handle it under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and any other law that applies.

This policy covers stanleylocks.sg, orders placed through it, and the enquiry, installation, warranty and support services that follow.

Depending on what you do with us, we may collect:

• Your name
• Delivery and billing address
• Email address
• Phone number
• The lock model and serial number
• What you ordered and when

We use it to:

• Process and deliver your order
• Check your door, install the lock and handle warranty and support
• Send you product news and offers, if you have agreed to receive them
• Improve our products, service and website
• Meet our legal obligations

We share personal data only with people who need it to serve you:

• Installers and service technicians
• Couriers and delivery partners
• Service partners and authorised dealers
• Payment processors

Each of them is bound by contract to keep your data confidential and to use it only for the purpose we gave it to them. We may also disclose personal data where the law, a regulator or a court requires it.

We keep personal data on secure, encrypted servers, limit access to the people who need it, and review our security regularly. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise that data can never be lost or accessed without permission, but we work to prevent it.

We only send product news and offers if you have agreed to receive them. You can stop them at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by writing to contact@pfetech.com. Opting out does not affect messages about your order, delivery or a support request.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@pfetech.com with the subject line "Personal Data Request" and your name. We will reply within a reasonable time and tell you the outcome. A small administrative fee may apply to an access request.

We may need to keep some data for legal, regulatory or legitimate business reasons, and will tell you if that applies. Please let us know if your details change so we can keep our records accurate.

Some of our systems and partners store or process data outside Singapore. Wherever it goes, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected to the standard this policy and Singapore law require. By giving us your personal data you agree to those transfers.

Our site links to other websites, including the STANLEY brand site. We are not responsible for how they handle your data, so read their privacy policies before you give them anything.

We update this page when our practices, technology or the law change. The effective date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
