This website is operated by PFE Technologies Pte Ltd (UEN 197800448W), 9 Gul Street 4, Singapore 629238. “Stanley Singapore”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PFE Technologies in relation to this storefront.

PFE Technologies is the authorised Singapore distributor for the licensed STANLEY smart-lock range. STANLEY and the STANLEY logo are registered trade marks of Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. or an affiliate thereof and are used under license. PFE Technologies does not own the STANLEY brand.

We aim to keep product descriptions, photographs and specifications accurate. Published information comes from manufacturer material and may be corrected when updated source documentation becomes available. Screen colours, packaging and minor production details may differ from photographs.

Nothing on the site replaces a door-compatibility assessment, written quotation, order confirmation, installation scope or model-specific user manual.

“Price on request” and “Contact us” are enquiry states, not offers to sell at $0. Sending an enquiry does not create an order or reserve stock.

A written quotation records the product, finish, price including standard installation, GST treatment where applicable, stock position, delivery or collection method, any non-standard work and warranty coverage. An order is accepted only when we issue an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing.

Prices are shown in Singapore dollars and include GST and standard installation on a compatible door. Any non-standard installation work is described and priced separately in the written quotation. Use only a payment method presented in the checkout or written quotation.

We may correct an obvious pricing or catalogue error before accepting an order. If payment was already collected for an order we cannot accept, the collected amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment channel.

Door material, thickness, handing, the existing mortise cutout, gate clearance and site conditions affect compatibility. Professional installation is recommended. You must provide reasonably accurate photos, dimensions and access information when requested.

Standard installation is included in the product price. Non-standard work will be described in the quotation. If an unexpected door or site condition changes the scope, we will explain any material variation before proceeding.

We deliver within Singapore at no charge, within four working days of confirming that the order is ready, and offer self-collection by prior arrangement at no charge. Published timeframes are estimates until a date is agreed.

Contact us before cancelling an accepted order or returning a product. Eligibility and any reasonable costs depend on order status, whether goods were customised, opened, activated or installed, and the written terms supplied with the order.

Installed or used security hardware is not accepted as a change-of-mind return unless we agree otherwise. This does not limit remedies available for goods that are faulty, materially misdescribed or otherwise protected by applicable Singapore law. Report an incorrect, incomplete or visibly damaged delivery promptly and preserve the packaging and evidence where practical.

Every new STANLEY smart lock supplied by PFE Technologies in Singapore carries a one-year local warranty. The applicable start date, coverage, exclusions and available remedy for your model are stated in the written quotation, order confirmation or warranty document. Proper use, care and authorised installation or repair requirements may form part of that coverage.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for information submitted through your account. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful or malicious content.

Website content is owned by PFE Technologies or used with permission from its licensors and suppliers. Trade marks, photographs, manuals and other protected material may not be republished or used commercially without the relevant owner’s permission.

Our privacy policy explains how PFE Technologies handles personal data submitted through the site, checkout, support and enquiry services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that limitation, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted.

Customers remain responsible for following product instructions, keeping backup access available, maintaining batteries and arranging timely service when warnings or faults appear.

These terms are governed by Singapore law. The Singapore courts have jurisdiction, without preventing either party from using an agreed mediation or dispute-resolution process.
