How the warranty works.
Every new STANLEY smart lock we sell in Singapore carries a one-year local warranty. Your quotation, order confirmation or warranty document states the start date, what is covered, what is excluded and the remedy available.
What to keep
Keep your order documents: they identify the seller, product, applicable warranty start date and exact coverage. Nothing on this page reduces rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Singapore consumer law.

We will look at what you send, confirm whether it is covered, and tell you what happens next. Do not dismantle the lock or return it without instructions unless there is an urgent safety concern.
